NJA was invited to design the façade options for Buroj project, as a result, the outcome was two proposals, both vertical and horizontal options.

NJA Facade Services includes studying,

·  Façade Materiality:   Stainless Steel, Aluminium, G/FRP, G/FRC, or Pre-Cast (off-site)

·  We advice on the percentage of the glazing vs the solid part of the Façade, depends on the orientation and environmental study of each façade.

·  We compare the Façade Martial option as; Strength,Durability, Fire Resistance, Maintenance, Weight, Colour, Texture, and cost.

·  Our studies always includes, Architectural lighting design.

·  We also include in our study, the façade Bill of quantities & Specifications.
