This project is located on the skirt of Lusail city, (Qatar) with a net area 600,000 sqm. The aim is to attract users to spend more time to activate this area socially and culturally, by providing a leisure center, a shopping mall, a cultural center , office buildings and a hotel.

Also, by providing open green areas to the public to enjoy. Connecting those different attractions with pedestrian paths as well as cars lanes.
