Amiri Tower is a residential development located in Meydan, Dubai. The project consists of a three-level podium with a courtyard configuration, supporting a 12-storey residential tower above. The ground floor accommodates retail units, the main residential lobby, mechanical facilities, and guarded parking access. Levels one and two are primarily dedicated to parking, with amenities such as the gym strategically located in the podium corners. The upper tower floors feature one- and two-bedroom apartments, following a client-driven unit-mix strategy. In total, the development accommodates approximately 163 residential units. Level 11 serves as a shared resident lounge and amenities floor, while level 12 houses penthouses positioned around the perimeter of the tower, with direct roof access. Between levels 6 and 9, sky villas and duplex configurations are introduced through the bridge connections.
