15 Hyde Park
London, United Kingdom
15 Hyde Park is a proposal for the extension of two existing 11-storey towers situated close to the northern edge of Hyde Park, London. The extensions will provide 12 additional apartments in an area where demand is exceptionally high, yet new developments are scarce. It is hoped that this scheme will provide a template for others to follow, and will demonstrate that it is possible for urban neighbourhoods to densify without losing either their character, nor the few remaining green spaces in the area. Each extension will include six four-bedroom apartments, located on the uppermost floors, as well as a luxury penthouse that will also feature a ‘sky-garden’.The apartments have been designed to maximise the enjoyment of the breathtaking views over central London.
